The Mattapoisett Community Sailing Association Inc. offers a variety of sailing programs for children and adults including private lessons.

The William E. Mee Youth Summer Sailing Program

The William E. Mee Youth Summer Sailing Program is open to all students ages 6 to 13 for AM classes, & ages 8 to 15 for PM classes. Students ages 6-8 will be assigned to the Junior morning program.

Race Skills Program

12:30 PM to 3:30 PM
Session 2 – July 10 to July 21, 2017

This afternoon program is designed to teach the experienced sailors racing rules, safety, skills, and strategies as well as to foster team work between skipper & crew.
Note the availability of the race skills program will depend upon sufficient interested enrollment; otherwise it will be replaced by a regular afternoon program.

Boats will leave MCSA’s raft at 5:30 PM sharp with the first race to start at 6:00 PM

Private Lessons

The Mattapoisett Community Sailing Association Inc. (MCSA) is accepting applications for participation in its Private Lesson Program. This Program is designed to teach basic sailing, nomenclature, and safety rules to beginner sailors with little or no sailing experience or for sailors who need to build confidence in their sailing ability.
